Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: 22 May 2026

The Short Version

We are honest about how this publication earns revenue. Currently, our primary source of income is display advertising served by Google Ads. We do not currently earn commission from affiliate links. We are telling you this because you have a right to know, and because transparency is a non-negotiable condition of editorial trust.

What Is an Affiliate Relationship?

An affiliate relationship exists when a publisher earns a commission for directing traffic to a third-party website that results in a purchase or other qualifying action. In practice, this means that if you click a link on our Site and subsequently make a purchase, we may receive a percentage of that sale at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate marketing is a legitimate and widespread form of content monetisation. However, it creates a potential conflict of interest: a publisher who earns more when you buy a specific product has a financial incentive to recommend that product regardless of its merit. We believe readers deserve to know when this incentive exists.

Our Current Commercial Relationships

As of the date of this policy, NXXA Partners AB does not participate in any affiliate programme. We do not earn commission from any link on this Site. All links to third-party retailers, dealers, auction houses, hotels, or other commercial entities are included solely for the convenience and information of our readers.

Display Advertising:This Site displays advertisements served by Google Ads. We earn revenue when visitors view or interact with these advertisements. This is our primary current source of income. The content of advertisements is determined by Google's advertising systems and is not editorial content. The existence of an advertisement on this Site does not constitute an endorsement of the advertised product, service, or company.

Future Affiliate Relationships

If NXXA Partners AB enters into any affiliate or commercial partnership arrangement in the future, we will disclose this clearly and prominently — both in this policy and within the specific articles or pages where affiliate links appear.

Any affiliate links will be clearly identified at the point they appear, using language such as "affiliate link" or "we may earn a commission from this link". We will never enter an affiliate arrangement that requires us to recommend a product we would not otherwise recommend on its merits alone.

Editorial Independence

Regardless of commercial arrangements — present or future — our editorial positions are not for sale. Our watch reviews, hotel reviews, acquisition guides, and editorial opinions are based solely on our assessment of the subject matter. No brand, hotel, retailer, or advertiser has the ability to influence, review, or approve our editorial content prior to publication.

If we ever receive complimentary access to a product or property for review purposes (such as a hotel stay at no charge), we will disclose this clearly within that article. Such arrangements do not affect our conclusions.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure is provided in accordance with:

  • The US Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), which requires clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connections between publishers and brands.
  • EU Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, which prohibits the disguising of commercial content as editorial content.
  • The Swedish Marketing Act (Marknadsföringslagen, SFS 2008:486), which requires that marketing communications be clearly identifiable as such.
  • The UK ASA/CAP Code, for readers based in the United Kingdom.
