Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norrköping, Sweden. If you are a consumer resident within the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in your country of habitual residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
